Now if citizens notice any traffic violations like driving without a helmet or using tinted glass they can use the app. They can also report traffic violations like a rash and negligent driving or if the vehicle is parked incorrectly in the wrong place. The Mumbai Traffic Police released this cashless application which in turn enforces the cashless transactions also. This has been developed by the Mumbai Traffic Police to send tickets and e-challans directly to their phone numbers. The offenders are tracked by the CCTV cams and this e-payment system works through the free Android app.  As of now it is available on Android and uses a web interface.

The Government of Maharashtra decided to make it fully automatic tickets for traffic violations. The traffic violators are tracked through the CCTV cameras from the control room. Cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi and Hyderabad already implemented this kind of system. Traffic Violators have to pay fines through cashless transactions. Card reading machines are issued to the police to facilitate the system. Thos who cannot make cashless transactions there is a list of Vodafone stores available on the app to make payments. This Vodafone stores list is also available online. The measure was started to reduce corruption.

On the app main screen, there are various options like a directory. People can also report traffic violations along with the photographs. The app assists in finding traffic divisions that are close by, parking spots and events. There is information on how many parking spots are available as well as how much time is needed to reach the parking spot. In case one’s vehicle is towed away when they are away they can also search for them through the app. Users can also pay e-challans and apply for NOC certificates too.

They can also follow up on previous NOC requests made and track the status through the app. The app has road safety tips and information like traffic signs and road markings. The list of violations with fines and an alert system to track reports are also in the app.
