Lenovo P2 will be exclusively available on Flipkart right after its official launch. The official details regarding the price for both the memory variants will be revealed right at the launch event. However, the smartphone’s 64 GB variant is priced at RMB 2,499 in the Chinese market which would exchange to Rs 24,500 approximately.

Reports reveal that the latest Lenovo P2 smartphone in India will be launched in its 32 GB variant which is estimated to be approximately Rs 20,000. As claimed by the company to offer 78 hours of talk time on a single charge, the handset will be coming with a 5,100mAh battery underneath. Coupled to this feature is its fast charging, that 15 minutes of charging can offer 10 hours of battery life.

What is interesting about this latest Lenovo P2 is its ability to offer reverse charging. That means the handset doubles up as a power bank and can be used to charge other devices by connecting through a USB OTG cable. Featuring a 5.5-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 octa-core SoC, the smartphone offers 3GB and 4GB RAM options.

The fingerprint sensor is embedded into the physical home button up front. With this expected price range, the handset is going to have a tough competition from its likes including the Asus Zenfone 3 Max (ZC553KL) which also boasts a massive battery.

It operates on Android 6.0 Marshmallow Operating Systems and above. The handset connectivity options include dual-SIM card support (hybrid setup), 4G with VoLTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS. Watch the launch event live streaming below.
