Mumbai: the services of the Kalyan- Karjat lines are suspended by the Central railways. The reason behind taking such decision is that at least 5 coaches of the Kurla-Ambarnath local train derailed between Kalyan- Vitthalwadi at around 5.53 am on Thursday. After this incident, there was lots of disruption seen at the Central Railways of the train services. As per the reports, none of them was injured as for now. Early morning incident today has created such disruption among the local train services and the incident is said to happen the bound line.

The line of operation restored around 8 am:
After suspending the lines of the disrupt, at around 8 Am in the morning on the same day, the lines of operation were restored by the Central Railways. Due to this, the trains were delayed. After the incident of the Kurla- Ambernath local derailment, the 22105 CST-Pune Indrayani Express was later diverted through the Diva- Panvel- Karjat route. Meanwhile on the other side, a strong request to run the extra busses between Kalyan and Ambernath due to the incident was pleased by the Central Railways to the Local Municipal Corporation.
The Trains CST Pune- Deccan Queen and CST –Pune Intercity Express was perhaps cancelled to start the trip after the incident taking place on Thursday. There is one good sort of relief coming ahead that none of the passengers was injured and all are in good state of condition. Well, other trains schedules were undoubtedly affected due to the incident. The effect was clearly seen like the Rail traffic between the Etawah- Kanpur was also affected by the derailment.
