Bangalore Police Busted on Fake Certificate Racket: Bangalore Police busted on Fake experience certificate racket in which more than 200 employees and professional working in Technology MNCs, Private banks as well as Indian IT services firms might lose their jobs for issuing fake experience certificates in Silicon city Bangalore.
The police officials said a person from Odisha named Jimutesh Sharma is responsible behind this racket and at present he is absconding. The Racket is running from more than two years. A person is arrested by the cops who is found to be in connection with this racket. The Police said that the search operation for other people behind this racket is going on and they will find them as soon as possible.
According to the report given by Police Jimutesh Sharma runs a fake human resource agency and selects people from various companies who have a minimum experience and, he by issuing fake certificates with maximum work experience in order to place them in high level positions.
The fake agency placed the professionals in more than 24 companies across India which included Bangalore, Mysore, Chennai as well as Hyderabad with fake certificates. For this the agency charged about 15000 to 25000 Rs from each candidate depending upon the years of experience in order to fetch them a right job.
The officials has recovered a number of fake certificates resembling the top firms, More than 100 sim cards, two laptops, six mobile phones as well as a number of two wheelers when they went on a raid on the agency premises in K.R Puram.
Police said that their mode of operating is very simple. First they will identify the candidates by making use of free job portals and later approach them and make them believe that agency would fetch them a good job with maximum experience and salary. By creating fake certificates from fictious companies the candidates would find a better job.About more than 200 professionals were posted in different top MNC’s through the agency.
